Dr. Palermo and her entire staff are absolutely amazing! When our toddler had a cavity and every other pediatric dentist I called said they would not treat her without putting her under general anesthesia, Dr. Palermo and her office were willing to put the time and care into getting our little girl so comfortable and confident in the dental chair, that she was able to eventually have it fixed without ANY anesthesia, laughing gas, OR novacaine!! They were so patient and kind and gentle every single time. We were so incredibly thankful! Our daughter (and all of our kids) love Dr. Palermo, all of her staff, and visiting the office in general! I never imagined my kids would WANT and even ask to go to the dentist 😊

Dr Palermo and her staff are awesome, very professional and helpful. If your looking for a very good Dentist, I recomend her very highly. Always can fit you in on emergency appointments also.

The only dentist who I enjoy going to visit! While I grew up with neutral feelings about dentist visits, this changed as an adult after rude doctors, rough hygienists, and some cavities developed that required filling and therefore needles. All of this led to extreme anxiety and putting off basic dental work for years. Enter Dr. Palermo and her kind staff - they changed my approach to dentistry through their kindness, gentle ways, state-of-the-art technology and perhaps most importantly NO NEEDLES or novocaine for my fillings. Their technique is simply magic. You have to try it for yourself to believe it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. There is no other dental office like this in our area. Thank you, Dr. Palermo and your incredible team.

I have been Dr Palermos patient for about a dozen years. She is truly a delight. She is highly pro patient and spends time explaining oral issues that the patient might have. Her equipment is always updated and top of the line. Her knowledge of oral medicine is outstanding and she is a highly skilled dentist in Erie. She has a great personality and very much approachable. She has assembled a highly skilled team which is much appreciated.

THIS IS THE BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE ERIE HAS TO OFFER! Rosanne Palermo is phenomenal and employs an excellent staff. They are very welcoming, kind, professional and knowledgeable, spending plenty of time with you to make sure all questions are answered. She wields the best and most up to date technology with most excellent techniques that set her well above her local peers! This was my childhood dentist back in the 90s, I have just recently began treatment as a patient with her in adulthood and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. I highly recommend her services for anyone looking for the best Erie County can offer, you will not be disappointed. PALERMO WILL GIVE YOU MANY REASONS TO SMILE!
